How is limiting each product to one action useful for customers?

For a better user experience, we made sure everything you need to set up for an action can be included in just one creation!

When products are Out-of-Stock or Low-in-stock, you can set them to be pushed down or hidden and when they're Back-in-Stock, set them to be pushed up or visible, all of these in just one action! There's no need for extra actions for the same products in your dashboard as you can also include the notifications and other advanced settings in one.

 

Can customers create two actions for a product?


No. StockHide will automatically overwrite the old action with the new one. Some customers may forget that they have already created an action for a product, and to prevent confusion, we will be removing the product from the old action and we will trigger new actions for those products based on how the new action is configured. If customers have selected actions that are already part of another action, we will display a banner to inform them.
